Feel the burn
I use it every morning now! I love it for warming up and even getting in a full-body workout. It’s compact and it requires almost no assembly. You can step on a GO! The counter does work great, one step with each foot is one on the counter. I love that it has a timer that stops when you do. My core was engaged while using it and you will feel the burn in your quads. It is my new favorite workout equipment.

Wonderful easy way to get your steps in!
Since Iâve started using this stepper, Iâve lost nearly 10lbs. I was not overweight but I was recently diagnosed as prediabetic so I knew I needed something to keep me moving after my meals. I was previously only getting maybe 5000 steps a day from just doing life. Now I easily get over 10,000 steps a day. I set a timer for 20 minutes after each meal and step. Itâs so easy and very effective. I step an hour everyday. I consider it moderate exercise as it does increase my heart rate a bit and gets me sweating. With the bands or a small pair of dumbbells, it gets my heart rate up even more. Overall, a great investment. Highly recommend!
