My Doctor Approved For Me
I have trusted Sudafed for years. My doctor approved this for me to use. It worked well for me, but it is important to talk to your doctor before using. There are potent ingredients in the nasal spray that my doctor said may not be the best choice for some people. Overall, I am pleased with this nasal spray. It arrived sealed. For Temporary Use, Less than 3 Days
This works very well, just as expected. The spray mist is a little awkward, but familiar to me as I use a saline rinse in a similar bottle. It’s low tech, just squeeze and mists sprays upward. Take care not to let the bottle “suck” in while in your nose.A spray pump mechanism is more comfortable and easier to use. The medication works as described, but it is important to note this for temporary use only and has a list of medical conditions that preclude using it. Read through the label before purchasing.

It works but don’t use it daily or you can get rebound congestion
Sudafed Sinus Severe Original Nasal Spray, 12 Hour Nasal Spray Decongestant. I have allergies that require me to take a daily allergy pill and occasionally a decongestant as well. Over the counter decongestant pills work but I can only buy 1 box at a time and have to show my picture ID at the pharmacy. This spray is the same ingredient as Afrin nasal spray so it comes with the same restrictions ie: don’t use more than 3 days in a row or your body will become dependent on it and you will have rebound congestion. You spray it up your nose and then within seconds/minutes you can breathe again. It really lasts 12 hours.

Stings a bit.
So, I will use these again, when I have to, as they are better than not being able to breathe while sleeping. However, they leave a sting. The spray is very mild and just feels like a puff of air. They say not to use longer than 3 days and not to use if you have various health issues.
