I had bought these as a recommendation. I am very pleased with the effectiveness. I say within that 30 minute timeframe I start to feel the sleepiness and the effect of these Gummies. I have a very hard time sleeping and right now these are what are working I can tell After using them for some time that your body does adjust, but hopefully by that time your body can get used to a normal sleeping pattern, but for me these were great. The taste is great. The quality is great and after pricing up different sleep aids these are very effective And for the cost I would recommend to anyone having trouble sleeping. The size of the gummies are great easy to chew and swallow.

I’m one of those weird people where sleep aides don’t work or wire me. I struggle to fall asleep because I can’t shut off my brain. I’ve tried so many things to no avail. I started looking into natural things and came across these and decided to try them. To my surprise they have worked wonders! I take them 15 mins or so before bed and I fall sleep quickly. No more tossing and turning for hrs watching the clock and knowing tomorrow is going to suck. I went from on average getting 5-6 hrs of sleep a night to almost 8 hrs of sleep every night. They taste alright, work fast and I wake up ready to tackle the day. So if you’re struggling to fall asleep or can’t find anything that helps try these. 10/10 recommend.

The taste of these are pleasing. Slightly herbal taste with the berry flavor but very good overall. These are pretty effective when I use them. I notice they make me feel a slight drowsy on the nights I do use these vs the nights I donât. Which is good, itâs what you want in your sleep aid gummies. Just make sure youâre ready for bed before using. I sleep really good the nights o use these. Very easy to eat before bed, no long lasting taste lingering in your mouth. Bought a few times and will buy again.

These work very well. I will take a couple within an hour of when I want to go to sleep. They kick in within a half hour and Iâm out. I work third shift so taking some thing to help me sleep during the days is helpful. I have noticed if I wake up early there is not much affect from them, but this is also good because I don’t want lingering affects when I wake up later for work. I like the taste and I also give it to my dog when sheâs feisty and I need to go to sleep. I donât know if thatâs recommended but weâve been doing it for a long time and they help her relax and havenât seen any negative affect. Plus, Dogs can safely take melatonin. They are only ones sheâll eat so it works.

Bought this as a refill pack after finishing the bottle I bought initially. Works great and effect kicks in about 30mins after consumption. Really helped my sleep, I wake up less at odd hours in the morning and even if I do I can go back to sleep more easily.
