When I first started taking these, I didn’t feel less stressed but I noticed, specially after a few days, that it helped quiet my mind. I take them before bed, an hour or so, and it helps.My mind was always busy, even my dreams are at work during the most stressful times but these help shushing it so I can sleep better, and with more quality rest I also feel better.These taste good, are easy to chew and seem to be good quality. I recommend it and started a monthly subscription.

I am a medical student and I started taking these at night when I am winding down/stopping studying for the night and I notice a huge difference in how I feel and sleep. I feel so much more calm yet not sedated or drowsy. If I take them while studying I won’t feel tired but I do feel calm which is a nice option to have if I feel like I need them. At first I didn’t like the taste but now I associate them so positively that I look forward to eating them and have grown to really enjoy the flavor. They taste exactly like the description, a typical berry gummy. I take them every night and notice when I don’t take them. I like to use them during the day sometimes just to take any stressor edge off and I can feel the difference after 20-30 min taking them. I personally think they are worth the price if it means keeping me calm, happy, and stress free. I think the bottle is cute too and easy to open.

Takes 2 to use and works well for sleep. I would not personally use while driving as a good zone out. Tasty not sure how well digests as very yummy but does the calm. At first woke up with a “hangover” effect but no longer. Would buy again.

Iâm honestly not too sure if these have worked. I feel like the nights I remember to take them- I sleep better. Otherwise canât see a huge difference. I might try again and see if I notice anything. The taste is okay, not my favorite out of all the gummies they have. No harm in trying!

He pasado por un largo periodo problemático que me trajo bastante ansiedad. De alguna manera estás gomitas me dan un estado de ‘no- overthink ‘ en dónde de alguna manera mi mente se calla y puedo pensar una cosa a la vez. Claro que hay que ayudarse uno intentándolo, pero he notado que es más fácil y me siento tranquila.Las he tomado junto con las de happy de la misma marca y me agrada el efecto.Si las recomiendo.

El sabor es medicinal pero yo si las disfruto, no esperen un caramelo pero tampoco tan espantoso como lo pintan en las reseñas, es como las gomitas de uva pero con un sabor amargo medicinal.Me han ayudado a dormir mejor y solo tengo unos pocos dÃas tomandolas, si las recomiendo.
