   Love it
   solid choice for anyone looking to boost their protein intake with a delicious option. The flavor is pleasantly sweet without being overly sugary, and it mixes well with both water and milk, creating a smooth, creamy texture.    Great flavor, mixes well.
   This powder is great. It mixes very well into water, doesn’t have an artificial tasting flavor, and the calorie to protein ration is good. I use it in shakes with instant coffee and it tastes like a latte. It’s a bit sweet for me, but that’s why I add something bitter to it to reduce the sweetness.

   It works great, but doesn’t taste great.
   If you’re looking for a high quality protein shake that will give you good results, DEFINITELY get this! If you’re looking for dessert, I suggest you look elsewhere for a healthy treat. I gave 4 instead of 5 stars because it doesn’t taste great. It’s tolerable but nothing like what the flavor says it is. It mixes good in a blender and is easy on the stomach. I find it doesn’t make too full either. I also feel so much better after working out after drinking this. I prefer to blend mine with milk to make it taste better and it has a medium thickness. If you do use water, make sure it’s chilled in the fridge and throw some ice cubes in there to make it better. I suppose you could use some plant based milks too.

   Tastes great and mixes well.
   I have lost 50lbs on a weight loss journey and upping my protein has been instrumental in staving off hunger. I really enjoy the taste of this one. I find it’s less chalky than the others. One thing I dislike about protein powders is the clumps, foaming, consistency. My pro tip is to mix this up the night before you want to drink it to avoid all those problems. This package is also huge. I put a large size honey bear next to it for comparison. Lasts me forever.

   Excellent profile, includes creatine!!
   I love Optimum nutrition, but I am finally priced out of their product at over $80 for a 5lb tub. I’ve come across muscle tech and was impressed that their supplement profile in their whey was nearly identical with the added benefit of a nice dose of creatine. At almost half the cost for a 4lb tub, all it had to do was pass the mix test. It’s not ON levels, but it is very passable, I never get chunks. I use a blender, not a shaker, so just fyi. As far as taste goes, the strawberry can smell very artificial. The taste as well. Truth be told, I love it. I grew up on junk food and something about it makes up for using a shake over candy. I’m on my third tub in 2 months and my muscle gain has been massive. I highly recommend this stuff if you can no longer afford ON and are looking for an affordable but equally effective product.

   Good as Gold Standard (Remember to Eat Well)
   BLUF: One of the better protein powders for the price and quantity. Mid-tier flavor with an odd aftertaste, throwing some milk in fixes it. Also PSA, don’t use protein shakes as a meal replacement when you’re dieting. It’s not healthy or sustainable in the long run. Eat better food, not less food.I know we all have that moment when we look in the mirror after the morning stretch and stop to stare with that Edna Mode look of disappointment. “My God you’ve gotten fat”. You go out and buy yourself a gym membership to the local Planet Fitness, that has more joggers and jobbers than it does bench presses, and maybe even buy yourself a new set of shoes, some spandex, and a license to midlife crisis. After a month of halfhearted lifting, you make your progress and get that extra boost from the protein powder only to shelf the stuff and never touch it or a barbell ever again. Now it stares at you, with that same Edna Mode look of disappointment down from the shelf like some sort of omnipotent deity or idol manifesting from your shortcomings. Stop reading this and go for pump sessio- NO. Not THAT kind. Hit the weights, not the keyboard, and remember why you spent the money on this stuff. Any progress makes you a better man (or woman, or whatever you want to be) than you were yesterday.
