   Sugar free
   I love that they make sugar free options! The taste is overall very good! They have a slightly salty taste (which makes sense since that’s one of the electrolytes that it’s supposed to help replace, & I expected this). But I felt like I should mention it for those that are expecting a sweet flavor.I love these for living in the desert, & for days that I exercise.

   Hydrating, Tasty, a bit Salty
   I used one packet in a 20oz water bottle and the flavor was nice…very much like Rainbow Sherbet, although a tad bit salty… but not so salty that it distracts from the flavor. I think the flavor would be a bit too strong if I used a 16.9oz water bottle. That being said, I believe it’s more hydrating than plain water, and I say this because I constantly have dry & chapped lips, and I mean constantly… I use Burt’s Bee’s Chapstick so much that I have one in my desk drawer, one on my nightstand, one on the coffee table, one in the kitchen junk drawer, one in my purse, one on my treadmill, one on my desk at home, and even one on my keychain (for when I’m in the car and I don’t wanna dig around in my purse)! I can’t live without it…. on the same hand, I drink a ton of water, at least 2-32oz Beast cups a day if not more… and yet my lips are still very dry and chapped. After drinking one of these packets a day for only the past two days, my lips don’t feel as chapped! I don’t feel the need to use the Chapstick every hour… Maybe my body wasn’t absorbing the plain water the way it is absorbing the Liquid I.V.? I don’t know, but in any case, I feel like this helps my lips more than plain water and more than the Chapstick. I suppose the only way to know is to stop drinking it… Maybe I’ll experiment with that and update this review next week. 🙂

   Best flavor and value for money. I like that it has no sugar. This one is the best hydration powder in my opinion

   POTS friendly
   I try hard to keep my water intake up but it’s not always easy. I like being able to mix a packet and not carry around a new single use plastic bottle every time I have an electrolyte drink. (At least daily.) These taste ok; I like them best with ice and very cold water. I dilute it slightly more than the instructions say. I still find it palatable even on low appetite days.

   Does the job but flavor was not what I expected
   I LOVE liquid IV- nothing is easier to use or more effective to stay hydrated. My family loves this product and uses it on the regular, especially for outings in the heat (like amusement parks, concerts, fairs and festivals) but this flavor didn’t his the mark. We love that it’s sugar free, and while it’s not gross, it’s not our favorite. We loved the sugar free peach and might try other flavors of this particular line.
