Iâve always used C4, but wanted something else. This item tastes great and works within 20 mins or so. I like to do 5 min of cardio to get myself in the groove. When I hit the leg abduction, I could feel the focus setting in and I had a great work out. I tend to push myself to the limit and noticed when taking the c4, I would crash hard. It has been 3 hours since I took this pre work out and I donât feel exhausted!

I was loving this for a few days until I noticed by mid afternoon I was exaushted. Nothings changed in my routine but I would be so tired. Decided to test a different product and no afternoon crash. Did this one again for a few days and noticed a significant crash by the afternoon. I was reaching for coffee to stay awake. Not my ideal type of pre workout. I personally enjoyed the flavor. It had a great tingle, nothing too crazy but that crash was enough for me to stop using this on specific days.

I am in the end portion of losing weight to my goal weight. I am down 130lbs with about 20-30 more to go. Firstly, the taste is amazing! Taste like youâre drinking juice but with 180mg of caffeine per scoop. Iâm only putting 4 stars because I need 2 scoops to feel the PRE kick in! But I do have a high caffeine tolerance. Some people it might be just right or even a bit too much. However it does the job. Iâm sweating ALOT more when I take this preworkout. So the âfat burnerâ works! Just wish there was more of a KICK!

I find these products are individual preference and you need to try others. Although ingredients are very similar, personal reactions will dictate results. Overall, it worked ok for me and the taste was fine. I’ve moved on to others and don’t know it I’ll come back to this, as I want a stimulant only.

Itâs a great pre-workout, gave me a great pump and I noticed I was sweating a lot more in the gym which helped me see results after a few days. This works best when paired with a good diet, active lifestyle and of course, drink lots of water. This really helps break out a great sweat, I followed my workout with some electrolytes + an high protein meal and was all set. I will definitely order this again as it is the perfect pre-workout if you are preparing to go on a vacation/getting ready for summer.
