Refreshing to calming
I bought this to work in my vaporizer because my daughter was congested and skin health. The smell is super refreshing. If sheâs congested I use eucalyptus Teatree and peppermint and it seems to help clear her nose so sheâs not snoring. Itâs also very good for your skin. It keeps it moist instead of being dry and it helps reduce the itchy patches on my skin overall, I think it helps both of us sleep better without waking up with a dry mouth in the sense like lemon grass is refreshing orange is like energizing and when my daughter goes to sleep, I use the lavender for calming. I just really like having it going.
