Better sleep with this little light!
Ok so at first I was skeptical about this light. But after taking so much melatonin, I figured I would give it a try. It is a little expensive but the light really does work! Within the first week of use, my son was sleeping and hour or two more than he typically would. The red light is not very bright or annoying and itâs very practical in size and appearance. You really should try this light if you are trying to find a more natural way of sleeping better.

Red light does not last all night !!
I bought it but didn’t like the fact the light goes away it should stay on the whole night ð¡ð¡ will probably return it please update it through usb so the light stays on all night or at least 4 hrs light dims within 3 to 4 mins minutes and then goes away in less then 30mins and I’m still awake so i always have to press it twice or 3 times before i finally sleep because it keeps going away!! ð¡ð¡

Pros: the device is cute and the light is prettyCons: didnât improve my sleep. I could find no published research saying that fading red light stimulates melatonin production.I returned it and got a red Loftie clock, which (for the same price) is also pretty, also has a red light, and has white noise and soothing wake up alarm functions to boot.

Canât leave home without my Helight!
I purchased for help falling asleep and it certainly works well. My husband was skeptical and just thought it was another gimmick, but after a couple of weeks he was the one making sure it was charged and ready every night. Was clearly sent a used product and also it emits a low level buzz – Iâm not sure if this is defective or common to all of them. Really disappointing also I wish the fade to off was not so abrupt it goes from still pretty bright to zero.

Impossible de s’en passer ici. Ãa fonctionne vraiment et les rares fois ou je ne m’endors pas sur le premier cycle le deuxième est radical. J’espère que ça contrebalance la lumière bleu des écrans, en tout cas ça favorise bien le sommeil et c’est facile à trimballer, recharger, etc
