If youâve never had a Fiber One bar before then just know they taste decent. The texture is typical to most granola bars. Chewy with some crunch. Depends on variety. The fiber and protein content is decent. Just be aware of sugar as these tend to have a larger amount. Very convenient snack on the go and at a comparable price to the store. Save yourself a trip if possible.
