Cute and functional!
I love this planner! It is simple and easy to follow. It’s great to use and simple enough to track that I haven’t missed a day since I got it. I have a FitBit so under the activities section I just put the number of active minutes tracked as well as using the steps and sleep tracked. Pairing the two is a really great way to see how you have been doing. The stickers included in the back are wonderful and fun to play around with. There is a small pocket in the back that I use to keep recipes that I want to try!

Love this wellness journal!
Itâs perfect for me! I actually bought 5 of them as I like the amount of space to record things and the weigh in and measurements monthly! Itâs also pretty!

Simple, useful log
This is a handy 6-month journal where you can log weekly activity and monthly measurements. I don’t need anything more complicated and a monthly check-in is ideal for tracking progress without getting hung up on the daily ups and downs of a weight loss or fitness routine. I also like the blank pages at the end for tracking favorite workouts by type. Six months is also a realistic amount of time to attain a goal before trying to maintain on your own, in my opinion.

Great design, quality, and simple to use
I absolutely love this wellness log, and I’ve gone through so many different variants of notebooks and journals in search of something that is simple and allows for the consistency of use a breeze. Many wellness journals go far too much into the weeds of specific macros, calories, hours/minutes, and many other statistics throughout the day. All I wanted was a bigger picture, week-by-week log, and this journal made all of that so much more digestible (no pun intended). Looking forward to purchasing another once my six months with this one is completed!

Looking forward to using, but I received a used book
I purchased to help keep track of my goals. I am looking forward to using it as it seems easy to use and a great way to stick to a routine. However, I purchased a new book for a new price and there are spots in my book where someone has written, showing this is a book that was probably returned. Luckily, it is still okay to use, but not what I was expecting or paid for.

My go-to planner!
I have bought this planner three times over the years. I have to admit I am a little lost without it. I use it to plan our meals, activities, and exercise for the week ahead. It is the perfect size to throw in a bag or purse – It typically makes the trip to work and home with me most days.

I like this version of the Wellness Petit Planner best (there’s another edition that doesn’t work so well for me). I like the trackers at the bottom and the small section on self-care. After five weeks, there’s a monthly summary where you can talk about what went well in the last month, the progress you made, and what you’ll try out the next month. It’s really helped me stay on top of my health!
