Should be in smaller package, not in large jug for small amount of product. Not tasty at all…hard to drink with salty taste and sweet flavor combo…thought it may be a nice afternoon refreshing pineapple flavor, but nope and you cannot return and really did not have any effect on hunger either.

I tried this and might not be for everyone that is intermittent fasting. Depends on your level. I am doing it for loosing weight so something with zero (or low) calories is on my list. It might not be for the ones that just use water or coffee. It does curb the appetite somewhat but depends on how much water you drink. I recommend it if you like pineapple.

FANTASTIC Drink Mix!
I was blown away by how much I loved this drink mix. Usually I hate them. If you are a fan of tropical, then you will be a fan of this. I mixed two scoops with about 24oz of water, and lots of ice. I had to mix it for a while, and needed to re-mix before every sip. This wasn’t a problem for me though. The taste was delicious, and it did exactly what it needed to do. I do intermittent fasting five days a week typically. Some days are harder than others, and I struggle with making it to my “break the fast” time. I drank this on a morning that I woke up with hunger pains. It helped immensely, and I was able to continue on with no problem at all. Provides the right amount of nutrients to feel healthy and nourished, all while tasting delicious! The container is much larger than the amount of product you receive, which is silly in my opinion. Almost deceptive. At about $25, this is somewhat expensive, given the amount of product you get, but if your intention is not to use it daily, this could easily last a month or more. I will likely use once or twice a week. Overall, I am super happy with this, and even more thrilled with how tasty it is, while not breaking my fast. Sure beats boring water!
