   Holy…. this should seriously come with a warning
   So first off, yes it works. And it works very very well. I can NOT complete the 15 days because it’s honestly painful and the constant bathroom breaks are unbelievable.It does get rid of bloating, and I feel like it helps with weight loss to kick start you. But it’s annoying because you’re literally a slave to the bathroom. I am a regular I don’t really ever deal with constipation, my true motives are weight loss. And I feel like it really works to kick start your diet and help you remove all the unnecessary stuff so you can feel light and fresh.But the process is almost torture, at least for me it feels like torture. I hate this happening to me at work, several times an hour I had to run to the bathroom taking this at night like it says… I ended up counting down how many hours it took for me to become a slave to the toilet. For me it’s 8hrs so I started counting down for the cramps to happen around the time I get home from work. But unfortunately it’s never accurate to the countdown, and the constant bathroom breaks last for several hours I’ll be up several hours at night. I always have to literally run to the bathroom. But the cramps are the worst! It’s so paintful!!!!I started this 4x already and couldn’t finish the 15 days but I have been taking notes to my experience. What I did notice is that if you eat healthy and drink a lot of water it’s not as horrible. So it motivates me to eat clean and stay hydrated so I won’t suffer. You guys may think I’m being dramatic but I swear this stuff is awful. I can’t tell you how many times I almost cried, if it wasn’t for my spouse in the other room saying “I told you so” to not take this because they make me go to the bathroom so often in a hurry, and Neenah i grunt in pain. My spouse wonders why I am torturing myself. I also wonder the same thing.. lolI know this is TMI, but it smells so bad too when I’m in the bathroom, that’s another thing that sucks like at work I run to the other bathroom away from my office so I won’t raise suspicion of leaving that awful smell behind lol!The reason I mention that is because it never smells that bad like me in general, and it makes me feel that all the “bad” stuff is getting flushed out, just like it advertises. So remember, don’t trust your farts, maybe do yourself a favor and start it on a weekend when you don’t work so you can test the waters and see if you can handle it, or if you’re a big baby like me. When you wipe go easy on yourself lol cause friction you know. You’ll be wiping so often you’re going to given yourself a rash or make it feel like it’s a rash! Buy some of the flushable wipes. And get ready for a 15 day trial of hell. I laughed when amazon asked me if I wanted to take a picture for my review, lol. Umm no thanks ill traumatized you guys with pictures.

   Something’s wrong with me!
   I started with one pill, 24 hrs ago. I haven’t had any cramping yet. I did not get the runs like I’ve read in some comments but it was on the looser side. I did have some atrocious smelling gas for about 4 hours this afternoon.Night-2) I took my 2nd dose a couple of hours ago. So far no cramping, no gas, no diarrhea.I pray to the gods it doesn’t decide to work at 2am and I don’t wake up!!!UPDATE: It’s been about 18 days and I’m still taking one pill at night. I’m not having any issues with cramping. I definitely can’t be far from a facility first thing in the morning but after my ”movement” I’m good for the rest of the day. I haven’t had any weight loss but I haven’t really been trying. I like that it works, it’s reliable and I don’t feel bloated. The only time it didn’t work was when I ate about 40 small Tootsie Rolls and it plugged me up for a day. Even Dr Bo couldn’t budge the sludge until the following day but everything came out just fine. No cramping or sharts. If you’ve read this far and are going to go for it, I suggest getting a bottle of Poo Pourri (nothing else tames the smell) because you’ll stink up the whole house and the putrid odor lingers for HOURS!3rd UPDATE: I’ve been taking one before bed every night. These work so much better than laxatives or stool softeners and without the horrible cramping.I still get gassy around 4am but the dog doesn’t seem to mind, however, my dog doesn’t follow me to the bathroom anymore since I’ve been taking these.I’ve lost 4 lbs but I also drink a lot of water during the day.

   Ouch. But yeah, effective.
   My bidet broke and I just didn’t do that math correctly, unfortunately. A bidet would have been a VERY handy thing to have for this… process. Advised. I feel like someone has sprinkled my bottom with cayenne.I took one capsule the night before and thank god I work from home because one was enough and was VERY effective. And also… Inconvenient. 10 hours since I got out of bed and it is still working, which continues to be inconvenient. Let’s just say I am afraid to go to bed. It started out with just a lot of, uh, solid movement – but by the end of today it had moved on to Montezuma’s Revenge.Here is the thing – the herbs in here, especially Cascara Sagrada, are strong laxatives. Unless you have ongoing challenges in this department, there is NO need to do this to yourself for two weeks straight. Yes, you will lose some (temporary) weight – it’s why laxative use is one method common with people who have EDs.I will admit I did loose an entire 1.2 pounds today – and I am sure it was all weight that would have left my body by less intense means, although perhaps not as quickly. However, given that I saw signs of my lunch in my most recent restroom excursion, there appears to now be a clear path from entry to exit, and also tells me that am not completely digesting my food. This also means that I am actually robbing my body of nutrients now. I have no need to do this to myself again tomorrow. Please be careful, everyone. It’s very effective. Even the bottle says “occasional use” on it.

   It is very good for detoxifying your stomach.
   Yes, I recommend it, it does its job… at the beginning it’s torture, it makes you go to the bathroom frequently and you get stomach cramps, ugh… but it keeps your stomach deflated.

   It works!
   This works great! I tried milk of magnesium and many other supplements but they just stopped working effectively. I tried this and the first 3 days I did feel discomfort in the morning and pain, but after that I was constantly using the bathroom and I was so shocked on how much waste I had in me!! It’s so worth every dollar!!
