Good for newbies who want to begin working out, I find it helpful to get momentum when doing HIIT workouts. I also have tried an after running or before, and it is helpful. Taste great and feel healthier
I add this to my camel back before I go mountain biking. I use less than needed but my boyfriend likes more. Start on the light side (maybe half scoop) and then add more. The flavor is yummy. I drink more water and I feel like my body feels better and I feel healthier than when I drink plane water.I get watermelon because there’s no caffeine in it but other flavors have caffeine. I’ve tried other flavors but am not a big fan of the other flavors as I am watermelon. Enjoy!

It works like it’s intended, and taste better than sport drinks in my opinion. I do work out late, so I also really like that it’s caffeine free, unlike the stuff I can get at stores. Only draw back is sometimes I get some stomach problems when I lie down after drinking it, but it’s very minor.

Helps easy DOMS
I think the effectiveness of BCAA’s for muscle building has been pretty thoroughly debunked by numerous studies. But, this does a great job of lessening the pain of Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness (DOMS). The flavor is intense, but it does help to mask the natural flavor of the BCAA blend, which is pretty horrible. It won’t necessarily eliminate DOMS, but in my case, it does a good job of reducing it to the point where you barely even notice anymore. Love it!

First supplement I’ve tried with obvious effects, great stuff.
I bought this because I wanted a preworkout without caffeine and one that would help with soreness. It said recovery, but it can be used pre and during workout. I’ve only used this twice, but I was pretty shocked at how light the weights I was lifting felt, I guess it could be coincidence but I did extra sets and reps with zero soreness. I’ve been slogging through a workout program for a little over a year and every lift has felt heavy almost every workout. My last two were phenomenal, more reps and sets and felt great. Mixes fine, I use 2-3x (or more) the water it recommends. Igot the fruit punch and it’s Not the greatest flavor, but it’s OK watered down. I used c4 before and loved the flavor, didn’t notice a massive difference though. It’s worth powering through and I’m going to stock up when onsale.

It works well for after workout recovery, but the blue razz flavor is meh. Starts like you might get blue razz but finishes like strange cotton candy.
