Been using this for years
I have been using this for a long time at the recommendation of The Wellness Mama, YEARS ago. I have 2 kids and they’ve both been using this since they were 3 & 5. I’ve used a third of the bag per bath for them and it does them well. They’re now very active basketball players 11 & 13, and we still use this for their recovery regimen. It helps with muscle soreness of course, but also plays such an important role in so many other functions of your body.

I love these for relaxing baths, and for increasing your magnesium intake through topical means. These are a great magnesium salt replacement for Epsom salts, with are magnesium sulfate and may not be tolerated well by some people (like me) who have a genetic SNP where they need to watch their sulfur intake (CBS, BHMT, or SUOX).
